100% cotton Burberry's trench - Help a youngster out ;)

I'm a young guy interested in making an invetment on quality clothes that are not only classics but also last "forever". There is this camel trench at our local eBay ( im not from the US) offered at 120 USD. Its a Burberry's used trench, moderate use, 100% cotton gabardine ( which I herd fetch a higher price). Is this a good deal or a waste of $$$?

I can post pics if you guys wish but it looks pretty original to me.
